Delivery Information
Dubai Borka always tries to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, delivery location and courier conditions.
Shipping Charges
Product Availability
Some products may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed. In such cases, delivery may take longer than expected. Custom designs, alterations or made-to-order products may also require additional processing time.
Order Acceptance & Checking
Customers are requested to check products carefully at the time of delivery. Once the delivery is received and confirmed, complaints regarding missing items, incorrect products or visible issues may not be accepted later.
If a product does not meet your expectations at the time of delivery, you may return it immediately by paying the applicable delivery/service charge.
Delivery Responsibility
Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer. Dubai Borka is not responsible for delivery failure caused by incorrect address, invalid phone number or customer unavailability.
Once a parcel is received and signed for, the responsibility of the package transfers to the customer.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or additional charges depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers must comply with the laws and import regulations of their own country.
