Exchange & Return Policy

 

At Dubai Borka, we are committed to providing you with the finest modest clothing. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our guidelines for exchanges and returns below.

1. Conditions for Exchange

  • Product Discrepancy: If you receive an item that does not match your order, please contact us immediately for a resolution.
  • Change of Mind: If you wish to exchange a product for personal reasons, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility Criteria

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, fully intact, and in original packaging with the invoice/memo.
  • In-Person Requirement: For “Change of Mind” exchanges, the process must be completed **in person** at our physical outlet.
  • Delivery Fees: Customers are responsible for all delivery costs associated with returns unless the error was made by Dubai Borka.

3. Exchange Process

  1. Notification: Email us at contact@dubaiborka.com.bd to notify us of your intent.
  2. Outlet Visit: Visit our shop with the product and original order confirmation for verification.
  3. Replacement: Once verified, you may select a replacement of equal or lesser value. If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid.

4. Non-Refundable Policy

  • No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
  • Exchanges Only: Exchange is the sole remedy for returned items.
  • Exclusions: Used products or requests made after the 7-day window will not be accepted.
