Yes, we offer cash-on-delivery for orders within Bangladesh. However, for delivery addresses outside Dhaka Metro, an advance delivery charge is required to confirm the order.
We offer product exchanges within 7 days. Customers can exchange their items at our outlets or online. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the invoice. Please note that delivery charges for exchanges will apply.
